  • Can I use VisitRise in more than one branch?
    Yes, of course! Each VisitRise license is defined based on location. However, if the business you belong to has more than one branch, you can buy as many licenses as the number of branches and manage them all from a single user screen. Moreover, you can easily switch between branches on the "My Business Group" page.

    To start using VisitRise, you can contact us now ! You can fill out the request form so that we can offer the most suitable offer for your hotels.
  • Which platforms are supported?
    VisitRise currently supports more than 40 platforms , especially Google, Booking, Hotels.com, Tripadvisor, Agoda, Facebook, Foursquare, and this number is increasing day by day. You can find the supported platform list on this page.
  • How does the purchasing process take place?
    We are so happy that you are considering becoming a part of the VisitRise family! If you contact us via hello@visitrise.com, we will provide the necessary information. You can start using the VisitRise platform right after the contract, payment and installation stages!
  • What are the payment options?
    With the signing of the contract, you can start using the platform when you make the payment for the purchased period. You can make your payments via bank transfer, EFT, FAST and SWIFT options.
  • What is the contract period?
    Many of VisitRise users prefer to renew their contracts annually to take advantage of the discount rates we offer in our annual agreement. It is also possible for us to make long-term license agreements for at least 6 months.
  • How can I learn to use VisitRise?
    VisitRise is very easy to use, however, if you need any assistance in using it, we provide a free training on how to use the platform along with the contract. Afterwards, we are ready to help you with the issues you need support.
  • How can I get support?
    When using the platform, you can reach our support team 24/7 via "Live Support" in the lower right corner of the screen. Also, you can always reach us at hello@visitrise.com.
